Therese Michelle Doss was born to Lillie Mae Doss Nails on August 20, 1975 in Tupelo, Mississippi.
She made her transition from this earthly life on February 20, 2023 at the North Mississippi Medical
Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.
At an early age, Therese professed her faith in Christ and joined Red Oak Grove Missionary Baptist
Church in Tupelo, Mississippi.
She is a graduate of Tupelo High School Class of 1993. She continued her education at Itawamba
Community College studying in the Child Development Curriculum.
Theresa worked at several daycares and continued to nurture the young by applying her skills babysitting.
She enjoyed writing poems and other literary works.
Therese was a devoted daughter and friend.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Willie James and Emma Jean Doss and stepfather, Don
Nails.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving mother, Lillie Mae Doss Nails; three uncles: John Howard
Doss (Debra) of Plantersville, MS, Larry Doss of Tupelo, MS and Norris Nails of Smithville, MS; two
aunts: Barbara A. Lowe of Tupelo, MS and Vivian Grier of Smithville, MS; God-daughter, Kennedi
Gardner of Tupelo, MS, a special friend, Fran Hutchinson of Tupelo, MS and other relatives and friends.
