On Sunday, February 26, 2023 the Lord called
Sis. Ruby Genette McGee home to rest. She was
born September 15, 1946 unto the late Roger and
Ruby M. Spencer in Prentiss county.
She professed her faith in Christ at an early age
and joined Wolf Creek M. B. Church, where she
was a faithful member until her health started to
decline. She loved her family and church family.
She was preceded in death by her husband,
Frank McGee, parents, Roger and Ruby M.
Spencer; sister, Annette Swinney and brother,
Thomas Larry Spencer.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two
daughters: Melissa (Tim) Grizzard and Chriselda
(Travis) Bell, both of Booneville, MS; son:
William Warren; one brother: Gary Spencer of
Booneville, MS; uncles: Roosevelt Spencer, Billy
Spencer, and Bobby Spencer; two sisters-in-law:
Ann McGee of Booneville, MS and Virginia
McGee of Tupelo, MS; two brothers-in-law:
William Earl (Earlene) McGee of Booneville, MS
and LJ McGee of Sacramento, CA, and a host of
nieces.
