Phillip Don Holland was born October 12, 1965
to the late Stella Mae Holland and Joe Lewis
Crump. (Don) Phillip Holland departed this life
Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the North MS
Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.
At an early age he joined New Tabernacle M.B.
Church. Later in life he joined Ripley Second
Baptist Church in Ripley, MS where he remained
until death.
Phillip (Don) graduated from Wheeler High
School in 1985, where he enjoyed playing basketball
and hanging out with his classmates and friends.
Phillip (Don) was a hard worker in his many
professions until his health failed.
Phillip (Don) was preceded in death by his
mother: Stella Mae Holland; three brothers: Terry
W. Holland, Dennis Holland, Sr., and James
Christopher Holland and one sister: Bernice
Holland.
Phillip's (Don's) memories will be cherished by his
father: (Clyde) Joe Lewis (Irene) Crump of
Baldwyn, MS; (2) sisters: Cathy Burress of Atlanta,
GA and Minister Regina (Daryel) Rogers of Ripley,
MS; (1) brother: Joseph (Cheryl) Holland of Tupelo,
MS; (2) step-brothers; (2) step-sisters; (12) nieces;
(9) nephews; (7) aunts; (3) uncles and a host of
cousins and friends, and (1) special caregiver: Jerome
Tate.
