Lena Mae Billups was born March 30, 1926 to
Willie and Jessie Nunn. She departed this life at
North Mississippi Medical Center on January 13,
2025. At a very early age she joined Mount Olive
M.B. Church. Every Sunday you could find Lena on
2nd pew listening to the Word of God and joining in
on songs.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Jessie
Nunn; her father: Willie Nunn; her husband: Ellis
Billups; one daughter: Mary S. Billups; four sons:
Robert E. Billups, Ellis C. Billups, Richard Billups
and Jerry Billups, Sr. and grandson: Eric E. Billups.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children:
Willie G. Billups, Cheyenne Billups (Betty), Georgia
A. Billups, Bertha L. Stokes (Darnell), Janie Billups,
and Jerome Billups; 19 grandchildren;
6 great-grandchildren
