On this day, we celebrate the life of our loved one and dear friend, LaTonia Dilworth-Morris.

LaTonia was full of life, loved to travel and enjoyed all of her family and friends.

LaTonia entered life’s journey on July 3, 1966, in Boston, Massachusetts, to Thomas C. and Mary L. Dilworth.

 She accepted Christ at an early age, dedicating her membership to Lane Chapel C.M.E. Church. She served as church secretary and remained a faithful member until death. 

LaTonia was full of life, loved to travel and enjoyed all of her family and friends. LaTonia was a 1984 graduate of Tupelo High School and Rust College. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoyed her professional career in Banking and Finance. 

On October 12, 2026, LaTonia answered the call to her heavenly home, surrounded by her loving husband and family.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Alvin; stepdaughter, Tameka (Joseph) Washington of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Psalm, Psiah and Psirus. LaTonia leaves her love with her sisters: Hattie “Nisey” Young, Cynthia “Lil Bit” Garmon, Cathy Blanchard, Sandra Pulliam, Judy (Terry) Watson, Wanda Gray, Christy Richardson, all of Tupelo, MS, Andrea Dardy of Hollywood, FL; brothers Charles Foster of Greenville, SC and Jeffery Richardson of Tupelo, MS; four aunts: Deloris, Sarah Louise and Elaine; sisters-in-law, Lillie “Ruth” Johnson (Terry) of Plantersville, MS and Betty Meardith (Jackie) of Verona, MS; a host of nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
