A Time To Be Born:

Keri Shontrice Taylor was born on December 22, 1986 in Tupelo, MS to James Grizzard and Tracy Welch.

A Time To Live: 

Keri accepted Christ at an early age at Ruben Chapel C.M.E.Church. Where as a child, she sung in the choir and was a part of the praise dance team. She wed to Christopher Taylor, and through this union 2 children were born.

A Time To Die: 

On Thursday, July 23, 2026 Keri was born into eternity. God dispatched his angels to carry her home. She is preceded in death by her daughter; Radiance Welch, grandmother; Judy Welch, andgrandfather; Edgar “Cliff” Grizzard.

A Time To Mourn:

Keri leaves leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories with her husband; Chris Taylor, two sons; Kevrick Rickey, Keagan Welch, a daughter; Kadence Taylor. She also leaves her father; James Grizzard,mother;Tracy Welch, a grandchild; Wrenley Cove Welch, a brother; Carlos Welch, stepfather; Neil Luster, grandmother; Lomethriee Grizzard grandfather; Joe Leslie, eight aunts and 4 uncles, mother- in- law; Joyce Taylor and a host of great aunties, great uncles, nieces and nephews. She will also be lovingly remembered by her special niece , Mesmariah Welch, ; her great-niece, Jaisleii Welch; her great-nephew, Jhakari Gaston; and her special friends, Tommy Lowery and Charles Moore.
