Juanda Delitha Johnson, 38, gained her wings June 28, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. Juanda was born February 26, 1983 in Hinds County to the late Carl Shannon and Sandra Johnson. Juanda graduated from Shannon High School in 2002.

Juanda was an active member of Mt. Union Baptist Church in Okolona, MS and was also in the choir. Juanda was a loved person. She had a great personality and spirit. She had a smile that would light up any room.

Juanda leaves to cherish 3 sons: Frankie Turner, Jr., Carl Michael Turner, Rommell Tywun Turner and their father, Frankie Turner; her mother Sandra Shannon; 4 brothers: Joshua Johnson (Katara), Jeremy Johnson, Frederick Shannon, Ojerrin Burress; 2 sisters Carla Morton (Justin) and Alexis Hill; also 3 special friends: Shaketha Spragin, Leslie Hampton and Lora Ivy. She also leaves to cherish 5 nieces and nephews, a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Juanda is preceded in death by her father Carl Shannon; grandmothers Luella Locus and Dorothy Johnson; 3 aunts: Jocal Johnson, Alisha Jones, Lenora Locus; 3 uncles: James Shannon, James Locus and Willie Locus
