Fred A. Young 80 was born May 26, 1938 unto the late Israel and Evelue McCoy Young. He departed this life October 4, 2018 at the North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.  He attended school in Lee county. He was a member of Kolin Pentacostal Church.  He married Lillie Mae Crayton Young and unto this union five children were born. In 1964, they moved to Toledo, Ohio. He retired from Dohler- Jarvis after 25 years of service.
In 1975, he accepted Christ as His savior and began attending Trinity Faith Tabernacle. They relocated back to Guntown, MS in 2000, where he continued serving at Temple of Compassion and Deliverance where he served as Sunday School Superintendent and on the Father's Board.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Voleller Jones Young; two daughters, Glenda Young and Bridget Young; three sons, Patrick Young (Shari), Stanly Young (Jill) and Dwight Young; two added daughters, Samantha Stokes preceded him in death, Demetrius (Carlos) Pegues: special god daughter, Kimberly Morton Green;  one sister, Louise Davis and one brother, Ollie Young (Ruby); ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; 13 brothers and sisters-in-law; host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his first wife , Lillie Mae Young, parents, and 10 siblings.
