Eunice McGaughy Welch was born February 21,
1959 in Baldwyn, MS to the late Joe-Nathan
Selmon and Carrie Crump.
Eunice grew up in Baldwyn and attended
Baldwyn Schools. Eunice confessed her life to Christ
at an early age where she joined Ruben Chapel
C.M.E. Church under the leadership of Rev. Pool.
She was a faithful member of the Inspirational
Choir.
She departed this life September 6, 2021. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley
Welch; her father, Joe-Nathan Selmon; her brother,
Stanley McGaughy and step-daughter, Nickie
Agnew.
Eunice leaves to cherish her loving memories,
(1) son: Nathan (Jessica) Selmon; (1) daughter:
Sheronda Selmon; (1) step-son: T.J. Stewart;
mother: Carrie Crump; (16) grandchildren; (1) great- grandson: Kadren Stewart; caretaker: Ramada
Hastings; (2) aunts: Marie Hill and Janice Chandler
(Willie) and a host of relatives and friends who all
loved her dearly.
