Mr. Clyde Precious Wade was born on February 11, 1955, in Tupelo, Mississippi, to the late Johnny Clifton Wade and Catherine Gaston Wade. He departed this life on Friday, June 19, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Clyde professed a hope in Christ at an early age and united with Mt. Moriah Holiness Church in Guntown, Mississippi, where he remained a faithful member until his passing. He received his education at Guntown Middle School and Saltillo High School. Clyde was a dedicated and hardworking employee who retired from Jesco, Inc. after 31 years of faithful service.

He was united in Holy Matrimony to Ruthie Mae Wade, and to this union five children were born. Clyde was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, family member, and friend who will be remembered for his quiet strength, dedication to his family, and unwavering faith.

Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Clifton Wade and Catherine Gaston Wade, and three siblings; Johnny C. Wade, Dolly Wade and Mary Wade.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his devoted wife of 42 years, Ruthie Mae Wade; three daughters, Latoya Wade, Tammy (Terrance) Morrow, and April Gates; two sons, Calvin Wade and Timmy Wade; his siblings; Jane E, Wade and Sheila Faye Wade Shannon, a special nephew, Jason Wade; a special cousin, Rickey McGlun; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, church family, and friends who will forever treasure his memory.

Though he is no longer with us in body, his love, guidance, and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
