Carl Billups was born in Baldwyn, MS to the late Milton and Glen Billups on January 13, 1958. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mt. Olive M. B. Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, T'Kesha Collins.He leaves to cherish his memories: daughter Cynthia Asubiaro (Olawale);four sisters: Elsie Elkins, Ada Randolph, Margarett Crump, Gloria Dalrymple (Jerry); three brothers: Milton Billups, Wayne Billups, Joe Billups (Stella); two grandsons Dontae and DeVantae Spearman and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
